I don't think the guy got Banned becasue he is still live member but it does look like they stripped him of selling and PM's.

But looks like he was going to get it evenually especially the little smart remark he made on one of my selling Threads that he thought I didn't catch before he deleted it. But the Mods took care of the rest.
