SPS problems

This round of problems with my tank I'm having problems with SPS tissue bubbling up off of the skeleton and then next day the tissue is gone. This happened with my Acro colony and progressed over 75% of the colony over a 10 day period. Day 6 of that I did a dip in revive and removed most of the dead tissue, however it still progressed at day 10 i fragged off what i had left. So far it looks like I was able to save what was fragged off but the frags are still not the happiest. I did not see any parasites come off in the dip nor was I able to see any signs of parasites.

Also affected has been my Pink Poccilipora

Here is a picture of a Monti Cap frag that this happened to the other day (10/1 5:36p) when i checked on it again last night was completely reduced to skeleton.

Any ideas?

I'll post my parameters tonight over the last few months, I may do some graphs if I feel geeky enough.

SG as of last night was 1.026
125 gallon water changes weekly to bi-weekly for the last 3 months.

Can't offer any advise until we get this info. You can start with the equipment on the tank. If you haven't searched and read up on RTN (also called STN) that would be a good start as that is what is happening here.
 
You don't have too much flow pointed directly at the coral? Acros love lots of flow but usually don't appreciate being blasted directly, kinda like you taking a hair dryer blast directly to your face 24/7.

No if anything maybe not enough in this tank, in the other tank there should have been enough but not overdoing it.

Also I have other frags and colonies of all of these corals that are not yet affected at all.

Yeah I get that with the parameters, Things are fairly normal and stable, but I don't want to just say that, I can get good information tonight, as I have a logbook for this.

Here you go, please note there is a big gap from when I started the spreadsheet and when I started recording things in my logbook as I don't enter the data to this sheet often.

How's your phosphates? Thats only time i has similar problem. Phosphates were hight started running phosphate remover issue went away

Well have not tested and recorded since Aug 1 and it was .02mg/L PO43- on the Hanna HI 93713

I'll try to get a test done in withing the next hour or so and post it up.
*UPDATE* just tested and Hanna reports .02mg/L PO43- again.
 
full test from today:
Phosphate: .02mg/L
Calcium: 490ppm
Alkalinity: 154ppm or 8.624dkh
Magnesium - 1440ppm
SG 1.026
pH 8.25
Temp 76.8F
