Storing Equipment

Are there any down sides to storing equipment? Will seems start to dry up and become brittle? Could pumps go back sitting?

I'm either going to sell my 120 or store it and I can't see storing it if It could ruin the equipment.

Id clean it all in vinegar first but u should be good

As long as it won't get extremely cold and rapidly heat (like freezing garage with propane heater that kicks on at/below 32) I wouldn't worry about it. I've seen glass crack in those situations though.

^^^ what he said....I've keep equipment in storage for years when I moved from NY to IL and everything worked just fine. key is like madman said...clean everything very well and then pack it up and you'll be fine.
