suggestion for lighting in an 8 gallon

I have a standard 10 gallon that I sectioned of a minifuge and I am looking for lighting suggestion reasonably affordable. Would a par38 led be ok? this is what I currently have and I know there is a bulb made for it that is 50/50 The fuge has macro....wanting to keep simple low/med flow stuff and a fish View attachment 3407
 
Go with the PAR38. Low energy, no bulb changes, no heat, and it's not butt ugly like that CF lamp you pictured.
 
please don't buy that cf. par bulbs all the way. check out coralcompulsion.com. Jimmy has great bulbs and you can pickup if your close.

BTW, I bought some Par38s from Coral Compulsion and they are nice. I got 27w ones but he has 36w ones also.
