There are other places to buy flash gels though. If you have a good camera shop nearby they may have some in a variety of sizes and colors. Otherwise you can buy them online from about a million different places. B&H and Adorama are both my go to photography places and both carry a wide selection of flash gels.

Take your pick, if you're using a camera with a small lens you could just buy a sample pack for a grand total of about $5.00 shipped. Comes with about a 100 different colors of gels.

Though it has to be said, since these are flash gels they're just flimsy pieces of plastic, they're not made with the intent of shooting through for color correction. They're made to put in front of flashes/strobes to color the light. So your image quality is going to take a hit. If you wanted to use the same technique but perhaps step up to something a little better there are actual lens filters which are designed to go on the front of your lens for color correction.

For Android devices, you can also download Photoshop Express. There's a slider feature to adjust color temp, and many other controls you would see in Lightroom.

It's probably available for I-products, as well.

This is after moving the color temp slider to the right. It would be easier to tweek, having the real thing in front of me.

Yep thats what i use on my iphone

and is awesome
 
Best color correction app on iphone is iPhoto. The white balance feature is absolutely phenomenal for color correction. Even with LED extremely easy to get near perfect color matches.
