Tang has something on fin

So I have had my Chevron for about 3 or so weeks in QT and currently treating with copper and PraziPro. Recently I noticed a white oval on its dorsal fin. I thought it was a fluke at first and fresh water dipped but it did not come off. Looking at it now it does may not be since the fish has been through Prazi and it's still there I would say I noticed it about 2 weeks ago and has not gotten large, but whiter. I have a rhomboid wrasse in QT with it so I want to be careful on the medications I put in. Sorry for the bubble in the picture it is from my air stone.

Fungus on fin usually from water quality. I usually gently scrap off and treat with some melifix

Thank bud... how do you scrape it, with what? Ever use Melifix with copper treatments?

Sorry late response im not on here much any more. I usually just used my finger nail . Melifix is ok with copper its all natural crap like tea extract smells good too
