Tank Parameter numbers out of Wack

Tank Parameter numbers out of Wack , stopped by my pops house yesterday to check on his Fish,Corals, tank while there in the Florida Keys for the month looking at houses . checked 3Xs to verify my #s as I was shocked by the ALK & No3/P04 and i'm headed there after breakfast with 50 gallons of R/O with Instant Ocean to do a water change heres the #s . any ideas ? going to open a few windows in the den/game room and get some fresh air to tank & may stop at Ace hardware and pick up some muriatic acid .Thanks
