I've had 9 fish in my 75 for quite some time. However, it's not for lack of trying to add another. You see, these 9 fish have been healthy and in my aquarium for around 10 months now. A few months back I added an Anthia. It was perfectly healthy and a few days later it was dead. No idea why. A few weeks later I added a Kole Tang. He lasted a month. Looked great and ate great until one day...you guess it, dead. This time I waited a month. I found a beautiful copperband butterfly and added him to the aquarium. He never did very good, hardly ate a thing. He died after just three or so days I believe.
Mind you, this entire time my 9 fish are doing great and it's like nothing ever happened. So just last weekend I find a beautiful melanospilos angel. Lets give it another shot. She's big and healthy.
Tonight I turn on one of my powerheads and see a film like substance and flakes of stuff shoot out of it. Turns out my ORA Splendid Dottyback thought it would be a good idea to hide in there. The curse lives...and this time it skipped a fish. I guess nine is it? Do I try to add two next time? I usually don't believe in stuff like curses, but this is getting rediculous!
