I need a new skimmer also...my aqua c remora doesn't seem to be cutting it anymore with my setup.

Sounds good...
Oceanic 37 cube, 5 gal water volume in sump with dsb and various micro algae, 115 lbs live rock total in system, heavily stocked coral reef, 2 small fish(clown and chromis). Dual reactor with gfo and carbon, jbj chiller, aqua c remora skimmer with oversized pump, and 5 gal water changes every week. Skimmer can be in sump or hob...doesn't matter.
