Torch not opening up

I was wondering if anyone has had a problem with their torch not opening up? For the last week or so the tentacles do not fully extend. Prior to this the torch was fully open. I know that I have a start of a hair algae problem which may mess up the numbers. I moved it around for different rates of flow and adjusted the led's for both more and less strength of light. I have some Chinese 120W leds running at 50% for both white and blues. I also use RO\DI water and the TDS measures 0.00 or 0.01. I have not added or removed anything from the tank. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Using API Test Kit
Nitrate - showing between 0-5 ppm
Nitrite - 0 ppm
Ammonia - 0 ppm
Ph - 8.2
Phosphate - 0 ppm
Calcium - 500 ppm
Salinity - 1.025

When I was dosing Tech-M and my mag was 1500 I had a problem with my frogspawn opening up once I did s few water changes and brought it down to 1250 and it opened back up

A good water change wouldn't hurt, and then just leave him alone for a for awhile. The less changes the better.
