Was RC hacked?

So I got logged out for some reason
Try to log in and it says this

Won't let me reset password due to someone keep trying to log in

I also received a email showing the IP address of person trying to log in
Not my IP address
Anyone else having a problem logging in

There are programs that will run password sweeps on sites you go to a lot hope it doesn't happen on this one gl

Also they would have to know what sites I go on
I use my phone iphone not android
And a Mac which is protected up the wazoo from attacts
I just emailed the webmaster to see what up
"Hopefully" ill hear back

But on a real not they would be checking the passwords you use a lot they don't want anything from rc they want to from u
