Watchmen Goby being a bully?

So we put a watchman goby in our tank on Thursday night. All seemed fine. Then on Saturday night I noticed our clowns were looking pale, and our bicolor blenny has some white spots on its face. Was doing some research with both of these and it sounds like they are stressed out. Sounds like the goby is being aggressive. Anyone have any experience with this and what to do? Don't want to have to get rid of the Goby but also don't want to lose out clowns or blenny.
 
i dont think there is aggression as to watchamans arent particularly aggressive not unless they are placed in a small tank where the clown and blenny are invading its territory. The only reason I can see that can be causing ur issue is that the watchman goby may have brought in ich to your tank. Did you qt the goby by any chance?
