WC or no?

My tank has been up and running a month now and my nitrite and nitrate both spiked and came back down to 0 should I do a WC? If so how many gallons its a 90G tank.

Yep, I'd do a water change now...10% is ideal.

Next time you don't need to fill the tank up. I would just cycle the rock in a bin with just enough water to submerge the tank, so you don't waste water and do water change. But yeah, you will need to bring nitrate down by doing water change.
