What is "medium" flow

ok so Nuvo 16 with MP10 running ~50% on reef crest. How high is high flow. What is medium flow?

Here is flow of the tank with most going right through center

if you are talking for corals, I would say medium flow would be where you can see movement yet it's not getting blasted directly...as opposed to low flow where there is minimal movement, and high flow where the powerhead is basically pointed at the coral.
