What is on this fish's face? Not my fish my friends fish.

Hard to tell from that pic but it could be flukes, parasitic amphipod, etc. It looks like it is feasting.

i would attempt a praziquental dip on that. or qt and medicate the water. clowns are easy to qt in a 5-10 gal
