check under your tank for caves it might be the loch ness monster

They are a common Bristle Worm and can come in about 10,000 different species some can get very large and some are just great for your refugium that eats up your detritus, Fire Worms are Black and are dangerous to yuor reef and will take out your fish if not careful. I would just catch him and put him in your Display Fuge if not let him keep your bare bottom clean

Looks like a bristle worm. I have blue ones too. Great for cleaning up detritus and excess food...I would keep it.
