What is this?

Found a couple of these in the back chambers of my AIO, now see a few have popped up on the rock work. By the looks of it, it seems that they prefer low light areas.

That's my pinky for reference, this one was pretty small but have seen them slightly larger.

I think it Looks like a Tunicate. They are filter feeders. They help filter the water

Also known as q-tip sponge, had hundreds in my reef that came and gone.
