What is this?!?

I noticed one of my clowns acting odd. Not eating, rapid breathing, and then I noticed what is pictured below. Water conditions are perfect, only one other clown, some snails, and crabs. Just noticed the damage today but he has been shy and hiding for a few days.

What's the marine treatment for that? I know freshwater I would just throw in some stress coat and give him time.
