What is this?!?

I noticed this hanging from the bottom of my live rock. It is dangling and looks like something green in a transparent or white pouch. I only see one, and I do not see any signs of any pests. Any help with an Id, or just tell me if I should just remove it. I have a few clownfish, snails, and crabs. Pics are hard to get but this is what I could do. Thanks!

I can kind of see a pineapple sponge, but it literally looks like an egg or something green inside of it. Is that what it's supposed to look like?

Well whatever it was, it's gone. Don't know where, or how. But I don't see it and don't see anything harmful.
