What kind of lights should i get?

Have really been debating on what lights to put on my new tank build. It is a 150g cube tank, does anyone have suggestions? its 30x30x28, thanks ahead of time.
 
Use a big reflector and go Radium 400 watts using electronic ballast. You can put actinic LED strips in front or back it if you have a canopy for dawn/dusk. Then go SPS crazy!
