What salt do you use ?

1. Red Sea (regular)
2. One of the few salts that mix up with the ALK below 142ppm or 8.
3. RC - cheap and consistent
4. SPS
5. ALK was the driver here for me. Was between 7.5 and 8 mixed.

3. Do you like amy other salt rhan the one you are using ? If yes why ? No.

4. What kind of corals ? Mostly LPS, ZnPs

5. Idea of what alk, calc mag the salt mixes to ? No, I have no idea and I don't dose either.
 
I used red Sea pro..
Like it better than reef crystals
I have mostly zoas and LPS some soft corals also.. 1.024 salinity for me.
See a lot of growth on my tank ever sincell I witch from reef crystals

Cheapest and many TOTM winners across various sites use it.

3. Do you like any other salt other than the one you are using ? If yes why ?
Never tried any other brand.

4. What kind of corals ?
Mostly sps and lps, but in the beginning it was lps softies and zoas

5. Idea of what alk, calc mag the salt mixes to ?
I just add 4 capfuls of reef fusion part 1 and 2 daily.

IO on my tanks, it's cheap and a lot of tank vets swear by it. I switched from salinity cause it was never stable. Fought dosing for a long time because of it.

I used Salinity for a bit and I never noticed a difference, so IMO why pay more for sale if you have the same results.

3. Do you like any other salt other than the one you are using ? If yes why ?
I tried Kent marine salt before and I had very good results. I stopped using it because it is not available locally.

4. What kind of corals ?
Mostly sps, zoas and lps.
