What size bulkhead for 25g long??

Ok, I got a 25-30g long tank. I want to drill it and and use a jbj28 as a display fuge, my question is what size hole should I make? It will be a soft and LPS tank. Was thinking 1 intake and 2 returns. Any thoughts? Oh and is this the right place to post this?
 
Also, for return was thinking 2x mj1200 in the rear chambers of jbj and in take flowing directly in the jbj (maybe a small filter sock holder?)
 
You could probably use standard 1" as plumbing parts are easily available ? You would have to use ball valves for both lines as drain and return lines would have to be tinkered a little bit until you achieve desired flow rates.

You can go with whatever size bulkheads you wanted. The standard would be a 1" or 1.5"
You can use this to decide GPH: https://flexpvc.com/Reference/WaterFlowBasedOnPipeSize.shtml

And depending on the height of your DT to your sump the two MJ1200 might not even be able to handle the head height. It's better to go with a bigger return pump and adjust the return flow with a valve.

That's what I was afraid of, being that I want the rear chambers intact I believe that's the biggest pump I can use without all the noise, if need be I'll use a short stand maybe 3ft head...might not be enough still. Know of a pump to give more gph and fit in the rear chamber? A quiet 1? ; )
