MMreef Active member May 28, 2011 #3 RTN- rapid tissue necrosis. You need to cut off this branch in order to have chance to save rest of this coral.It spreads fast so don't wait.As far as reason for it ,could be different things,most likely swing in water parameters.

poidog Active member May 28, 2011 #4 cut the healthy branch off now and mount it to a plug. the rest will most likely die.
