Where can I get ballasts?

I picked up a sweet deal on craigslist today for $35. This fixture has 2 250w metal halides along with 4 65w power compacts. One side of the pcs aren't working so I need a couple ballasts. Does anyone know where I can get some at a decent price?
 
I have a few ballast laying around house and a four bulb 48 inch fixture as well are they straight pin or square
