white slime bacteria !HELP!

View attachment 11602in all years I've been in the hobby this is first time I had this, I first noticed it building up at the top of the tank along the rim after looking closer I see it in my display and sump its a clears/white slime? any suggestion ?plz

Hi :-) from my research so far its a bacterial bloom and will go away on its own, that picture is nothing compare how bad it got lol but everything in the tank is doing just fine.
 
Looks like vermatid snails to me. Does it happen after feeding the tank or after stirring up the sandbed? The put out those webs to catch food and in my tank, they do it after feeding or when I turkey baster my rocks.
