Worm--ID?

Yesterday noticed a long skinny white worm on my glass about 1+ inch long moving pretty fast. I used my siphon to suck it out of the tank and then tweezed it out of the bowl. When I tweezed it, it broke into two (individually moving) pieces so I was pretty glad I didn't grab it from in the tank. Any ideas?

I found another random thing in my tank and in the research of the new worm I found a picture of the prior worm seen above. Am I safe to assume the worm listed is planaria?
