Their shape says flatworm to me..
I don't think these are the acro eating kind but the ones that come in and potentially smother corals (from light) if they get to apocalyptic/plague numbers.

Hey deft look like flatworms. Either get a wrasse or you can use that flatworm exit crap... That would be my last resort though

Ditto what everyone has a consensus. Flatworms from the arrow top/head.
If this is a QT? Doesnt look like display. If you have an overflow to a sump? Get a small power head tube line to the sump. Place a sock on the end to the sump and syphon the worms trough the pump into the sock and the water back into the sump
