jcarlilesiu Active member Feb 23, 2012 #4 I agree that the polyps look like galaxea, but that isn't how galaxea grow. It is more encrusting with "pods" of polyps in a skeleton crust over rock. This is like a stick. Weird. I will be interested to see what it looks like when open.
