30 gallon fuge filled with macro algae and live rock,
skimmer rated at 150 gallons,
25 gallons in the frag area,
10 gallon WC tank.
ATO straight from my RO/DI

went and bought my two Ecoxotic Par38 LED bulbs today as well as my track lighting system that they will be powered by.

the PCV from frag tank to return does not leak and the pump is actually pretty quiet.
mission accomplished!

everything is working out so far in the basement. hopefully it should all be finished by this weekend, then ill get both tanks flowing with water and mini cycled. soon as it gets stabilized ill work on connecting the DT with the basement sump and will have one big system!

Something to consider is adding a T valve on the intake side and another union out the exit side. I have always done this incase I need to take pump out quickly for cleaning or changing out. All this without draining any water.
