well i went through and redid it from scratch heres what i gotView attachment 10948

I spent sometime looking at your background. I happen to catch looks of a skull, bottom middle of that corner. Don't know if it was intentionally made like that or just accidental, still cool looking.

I hope you put the top 2x4 frame on top of the vertical legs instead of having the screws holding it together and baring the weight of the tank. A 45 gallon tank plus rocks and water= 500-600 lbs. But the finished product looks good

I'd say for starters, you need to use a mitre box or mitre saw to cut the pieces. This is imperative for getting a tight fit. AND, use wood glue on the joints when you join them. You don't need to go crazy with mortises and tenons, but your joints need to be flat.
