LFS Buying Tanks and Livestock?

Do any of the Chicagoland LFS buy livestock or used aquariums? I have a 125g SPS dominant tank that I unfortunately need to take down since I’m moving soon. I figured it would be easier to sell to a LFS (i.e. one person/place) rather than bunch of individual buyers for individual parts and livestock. Any advice that you guys have for selling a large system and livestock?

I know some stores will do consignment type stuff, where they will take your things and try to sell them and you get a percentage of it.

It depends on the store and what you have. Some stores aren't setup for growing SPS, more just keep them alive until they can sell them. Call around but be ready for a low price. They need to be able to turn a profit or it's not worth the time and effort

It’s a custom 125g acrylic peninsula from Old Town aquariums with a 34g trigger system sump. If anyone is interested pm me.
