Micro scratches on acrylic

Hi everyone
I was looking to purchase a large 300 gallon acrylic tank today and all seams look good except that I noticed one spot on the viewing panel the size of a half dollar toward the bottom half is crazing because of glue that was spilled on it. Tank is around 10 years old. Cosmetically I think I can deal with it, its the concern of it being structurally sound. And you can see the crazing even with water in tank. Greatly appreciate and comments.

I used Novus to buff mine out. Micro scratches are invisible once you add water

Second that. Micro scratches disappear once you add water. Refinished one recently and just filled with water. Looks great and I also used Novus #2 and 3
