nice tank! Did you run your 8x tek light on the previous 65gal or is that a new addition with the larger setup?

On 65 gal.I had 2x250W MH but I did not like the way it add heat to water. Also I could not get the right color I wanted. When I upgraded to this tank I decided to go with T5 and I am very happy with my decision. With 8 bulbs I can get the right color ,heat is almost no issue and as you see SPS can grow under T5 very nicely.

your growth is unbelievable. What do you think are were keys to your tanks success?

I believe in stable water conditions like temp.,ALK,Calcium,PH. SPS don't like big swings of parameters.I dose ALK and Ca via two BRS dosing pumps hooked up to RKL controller to keep them stable. Also I have over sized skimmer that gets a lot of nutrients out of the water.I also run a reactor with bio pellets(form of carbon dosing) and I believe that lets me feed my tank a lot.I feed my fish 3xdaily.I dose 2 drops of Lugol's solution a day and 10 ml. of strontium every 4 days.I try to do 5 to 10 gal. WC.Also there is a lot of flow in my tank ( never to much for SPS)
