I already have the par 38 bulb, but, I also have a dimmer.If it for Gorgonian tank, then I think it doesn't need a strong light. Is it?

From what I recall, their name says it all. I've never personally ordered from them, but have read numerous complaints on RC, R2R, and other sites when I was checking them out.What do you all think about this website for getting some of the livestock from?
