Trust me.... already been following that link. I was a long time lurker on RC but will be more active on this board. I started Vit C dosing over a year ago but didn't stick with it. I'm planning to start week....unlike like the gym which I've been talking about going back to since Jan 1st!We have a thread on that.

Nice set up Alan. Love the frogspawn. I used to have one that size, maybe bigger. Until the AC went out in 105 degree weather and we were gone for a few days!

OMG they are so flippen cute!Here's a thread thrower..... This is a full tank shot of 3 week old seahorses. The tank is a 5 gallon for size reference.
