Protein Skimmers

Hi Everyone!
I've been looking to purchase a new in sump skimmer with a small footprint that can handle 120 gallons and would reqlly appreciate any input or advice, I'd also enjoy hearing what everyone's using now & your favorites!

What size area do u have to work with and budget? I run a Nyos 160 on my 120 mixed reef and LOVE it! They are not the cheapest but you get what u pay for. IMO, lighting, flow, and skimmer are the most important pieces so it pays to spend a little more to get quality equipment

I totally agree with you on the importance of lighting, flow, and skimmers, especially on getting what we pay for! Nyos makes great skimmers, no doubt about that, and would be among my top choices! The 160 is still a little big for my skimmer compartment, it's
8 X 9 1/2 and more than my budget.
I'm trying to stay in the $300 range for now. Thanks for the reply!
