Welcome to CR!

My understanding is the Red Sea Max systems come pretty complete. I don't have any experience for the lighting and filtration effectiveness but I'm sure others have input there.

Looks like you'll need a heater, auto top off, and if you want stability and safety measures a controller like an Apex or Apex Jr or RKE.

Good luck with your future build and welcome to the community!

Did you know that Red Sea does not include a protein skimmer, pump, or lighting?
Seams like a lot of money for a thirty four gallon tank, nine gallon sump, stand and ATO. I personally would wait to hear what the community here at CR have to say. There's plenty of experts here ready and willing to steer you in the right direction. Plus they'll save you $.
I look forward to your build whatever you decide & wish you good luck.

The E series are pretty much plug and play. They come with a protein skimmer, return pump(s), and lighting. The E series in fact come with AI hydras for lighting. The sump for this model is optional though, so it can be run as an AIO.

Red Sea makes beautiful tanks. One day i want one of the Max S series tanks, although I do know there are other amazing set ups out there too.

If you can, I'd go to one of the local stores like Aquapros and ask them for advice on a setup that will meet your budget. Don't just get a Red Sea because it is a complete setup, unless that is what you want. I personally think they are a lot of money for someone that is just getting into the hobby.

Water management system:
To ensure a constant water level in the pump compartment, all Reefer sumps include an integrated automatic freshwater top-up unit, guaranteeing a constant, stable water flow throughout the complete system
On entering the sump the water passes through a 200 micron mechanical filter bag, before entering the filtration compartment that maintains a constant water height, making it suitable for all skimmers and other reactors
In the event of a blockage in the regulated downpipe, an additional emergency overflow pipe provides an unrestricted free flow of aquarium water directly to the sump
