I want to drill a 93 rimless cube for my return. If possible I would like to drill the bottom next the existing overflow holes but I'm not sure if the bottom glass is tempered? If it is I would like to then drill the back in the overflow section. Any input? Thanks

I found this in my rock work before but it was much much smaller now it is getting huge and was able to finally get a picture quickly. Any ideas would be great and if you think I should be worried. It only comes out at night but never all the way out so I have no idea how big it is.

Just woke up to find my skimmer not running. I wondering how long can I last without a skimmer before problems start? I'm soaking my reef octopus diablo pump in vinegar now and will test it in a couple hours but if that doesn't work I'll need to order a new skimmer which will take a couple days.
