First what this is and secondly how do I get rid of them? They are taking over my 12g Nano

I am looking for a powerhead that is similar to a Maxijet 1200 for my return. Any suggestions?

My tank is cycling and in the midst of this Dino has set in. Is there something I can do or should I just let it go until my cycles? What CAN I do about it?

So I just set up my bio put new sand in but LR that was already established in another tank. Will that affect my cycle time? It already has GSP, and Xenias on this rock I put in and it seems to be going strong.
