Dr Tim's works great, just do what the directions say each day and you will have no problem. Thats how I cycle my tanks and it usually takes 10-14 days. Good luck and definitely try to keep us updated.

The frag tank is ordered. I ended up ordering a custom peninsula style frag tank through Reef Plus in Aurora. It will be an all glass 48"x24"x14", dual returns, and shadow overflow. Should be delivered is 3-6 weeks depending of his delivery schedule.

Yes they do both continuous duty and timed/measured amounts. Versa will be feeding it, carbon doser for regulator, and a Milwaukee PH monitor. Effluent will go into my fuge to help with PH.

Had a little set back on the tank. My Versa dosing alk wore through its tubing and wasn't dosing. Luckily I'm only using 2 of 4 so I switched it to a different one. Alk did drop from 8.9 to 5.9 but corals look great. Ive been slowly bringing it back up, 6.3 yesterday. Not that I don't like...
