How to raise Nitrate?

What level nitrate should keep for SPS

I keep nitrates no higher than 5 and phosphates at 0.03 to 0.06 and sps look good. Everyone has their target range you have to see what works best for you.

I dont even test for it i found it to be unimportant only test alk and calcium refugium does the rest

I use DIY AST to control NO3 at 0.2 all time.so I should cut down the light for AST?

NewB, I am not sure your tank but my tank need raise up the NO3 a little..

If you tank is ok so don't try to chase the number....

Ira, I scare to put something strange in my tank..I try to put skimmer on timer and feed little more...let see if it work...

Yes, from undetectable to 2 for Nitrate but let see the corals happy back or not...
