Yeah that's what I was thinking. Lol I've got skunk cleaners, peppermints, and harlequin shrimpThose are all very peaceful fish , if they are well fed they shouldn't mess with anything.

Thanks. Been awhile since I seen you onI have some Sps and lps I can give you
Fairy wrasses dont bury in sand they find hole in rock and make a mucus cacuun they wond bother inverts . They will eat pest but not activly hunt them if the pest end up in water column they will eat it but hell at that point so will a clown so not a good pest solution . Really nothing that wont eat shrimp is a good pest solution some get lucky with yellow corris and melunarius but i had em both and once they found that i feed em they stopped hunting red corris and formosa wrasses r best hunters but can eat shrimp ive been lucky so far shrimp still aliveHere's the 3 I'm looking to get just curious if anyone knows if they
1) will eat pests
2) not bother my shrimp
3) won't burrow in my crushed coral
Red head fairy wrasse
Blue head fairy wrasse
Orange back fairy wrasse
Thanks for all the info buddy. Pest solution is least important to me. Once the system is running normally again there won't be any pests for them to eat but they meet the other criteria so I'll probably look into buying someFairy wrasses dont bury in sand they find hole in rock and make a mucus cacuun they wond bother inverts . They will eat pest but not activly hunt them if the pest end up in water column they will eat it but hell at that point so will a clown so not a good pest solution . Here's my plan
Only 3 sps left
My tenuis rockhead yellow scroll
Green Monti
Everything else has reached the trash can.
I'm going to drain the 30 and get all the fine grain sand out and clean everything up. Then refill with fresh saltwater.
No rockhead is babysitting those for meSorry to hear. Did you lose all of the new BC frags you just picked up too?
Oh man how quick this hobby can turn dude these pics r hard to look at wish u the bestNow that's it's all done. I replaced all the water in the 30, rinsed all the sand, and open the valve so now the 30 isn't isolated anymore. There is still ammonia present but the zoas and leather have started to open. Shrooms still a no go.

It's algae. Flow is RW8 and 2 RW4s all on 100% and the return is dc12000 50%Sounds good. But what kind of sand are you using in the 93g? In the pic it looks like it has a lot of detritus. Mayb ur not getting enough flow at the bottom to stop detritus from settling. What do u have for flow?
Lol its not that bad. I'm honestly pumped about the redo. Trying to not focus on all the stuff I lost and just keep my eye on the end goal.Oh man how quick this hobby can turn dude these pics r hard to look at wish u the best
My timer for my halide broke so the photo period has been really messed upDo you happen to know what's causing the algae bloom in the 93?
