Hey bud, been a long time since the Uber Days. That 75G was sick. I haven't had a chance to head up that way but meaning to take a trip to check it out. I know Julian works up that way also so might stop in for a visit.

Key to success is Patience.
I was dosing 2 part for about 2 years then just recently added a Calcium Reactor because I started to burn through 2 part solution which can become more costly in the long run so decided to bite the bullet and get the CA reactor. I do a water change every other week so 2 times a month. When I first started in the hobby I checked for water parameters and had a lot of learning mistakes I made myself, now I rarely check anything. My tank at the moment is on auto pilot so I check Ca, Alk and Mag 1 once a month.

Do you run gfo, carbon, uv, refugium, dose products, foods, nitrate reactor, etc.?

I run GFO,Carbon, Bio-Pellets. Calcium Reactor I have a refuge in with a few Mangroves growing, deep sandbed in my main display. Feed Rods Food and Spectrum Pellets

I got lucky and bought it used on RC for about $75 it's an old Tek Fixture and the reflectors aren't even in the best shape. I was going to buy an 8 bulb ATI but this is doing a fantastic job. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

Tank looks great Frankie! Also, grimreefer did a par test on the tek reflectors with and without etching and there was absolutely no difference in output. My tek reflectors have a little etching as well but work great!

This makes me happy to read I got the same fixture and as well my reflectors are okay not the greatest I'm running 5 blue plus one Coral plus one purple plus and one actinic
