Looking for lighting for my 10g reef tank have a 175w MH laying around would this be too much?

so i am going to put a 10g in my room would like to try LEDS i dont want nothing fancy just something to get the work done just gonna put mainly zooz and shrooms anyone know how many LEDS should i use? what kind? any imput is welcomed

how does that future work? Do i need a special switch?
