What size skimmers are you using on your large reefs tanks. Right now I'm using a SRO3000, but want to upgrade to a external recirculating protein skimmer for better performance.

I want to add a Wrasse to my 180. I'm thinking of getting a Grey Head or a Vrolik's. Which one would be good?
