Exactly lolI'd gladly help you out with anything you need. I have a summer with nothing to do, a tank build in someone else's house? Okay. First we need to find you a tank.
Email the guy asking if its tempered glass or notI feel we are gonna have one hell of a friendship...found a tank http://chicago.craigslist.org/wcl/fuo/3044634974.html and found lights

Good that be the most important thing to know firstI just did cause she emailed me back and the tank is still available.
Conditionally; Cubs or Sox fan?I feel we are gonna have one hell of a friendship...found a tank http://chicago.craigslist.org/wcl/fuo/3044634974.html and found lights
Yea you would just have to make drains on the back....Funlad have you drilled a tank before?Conditionally; Cubs or Sox fan?
Even if the bottom glass is tempered, as it usually is on larger tanks, we can work around that.
You own a glass shop or know someone there?Nope, we'd need another member here to do so. I also have a glass shop that might be willing too.
I might be in the need also for my 150...got it for 260 not minus the 2 things i'm trading to him. Will they be able to tell me if the tank is tempered or not?Moreso know of a friendly glass shop that would gladly drill the hole for free (I hope) if we also bought the glass for an overflow and or baffels for an appropriately sized sump.
In the meantime, I hope Erik's already told the seller he'll but the tank; I bought my 90 gallon TANK ONLY for $100. the larger tank + the stand for only $25 more is a steal.
Great.......lol sox
You're upgrading from a 55 gallon, what are you talking about? We can toss everything into a rubbermaid for a few days and just silicone in $30 of baffels. Done.i have like no spare tanks unfortunately.
